Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for Aura Velia

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Aura Velia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the website www.auravelia.in (“Website”) may be returned, refunded, or cancelled. By placing an order on our Website, you (“Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Nature of Products

Aura Velia deals in personal care and fragrance products, which are hygiene-sensitive and consumable in nature. Due to health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.

2.2 Order Cancellation by Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion due to:

  • Non-availability of stock
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, any amount paid shall be refunded to the original mode of payment.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, fragrances, and personal care products are non-returnable, except in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered

3.2 Eligibility for Return

A return request will be considered only if:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original invoice and proof of purchase are provided

3.3 Non-Eligible Returns

Returns shall not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Damage is caused due to misuse or improper storage
  • The request is raised after the stipulated timeline

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Approval

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if approved, the refund shall be initiated.

4.2 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method only
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on banking channels

4.3 Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Company error
  • Reverse pickup charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

  • The Customer must share clear images and/or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims raised without adequate evidence may be rejected
  • Upon verification, the Company may offer a replacement or refund, at its discretion

6. No Cash Refunds

Aura Velia does not offer cash refunds. All refunds shall be processed electronically.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall Aura Velia be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
