1.1 Aura Velia currently ships products within India only, unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

3.1 Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

5. Dispatch & Tracking

6. Delivery Attempt & Address Accuracy

6.1 Orders shall be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of checkout.
6.2 The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, and other details are accurate and complete.
6.3 In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

  • The order may be returned to origin
  • Re-shipping or refund shall be subject to deduction of shipping and handling charges

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

7.1 Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
7.2 If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, the Customer should:

  • Refuse delivery, or

7.3 Claims raised beyond the stipulated time may not be entertained.

8. Split Shipments

9.1 Aura Velia shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Events beyond the Company’s reasonable control

9.2 The Company’s responsibility is limited to dispatching the product within the stated processing timeline.

10. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the Customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
